Dominic’s proven success at creating and leading market access initiatives is grounded in an exceptional ability to make the complex simple.


Before joining Profero Group in 2015, Dominic swiftly increased his span of responsibility—first in Finance and then Marketing—at Johnson & Johnson. During his Marketing tenure, Dominic developed and directed the execution of patient access and affordability programs. These first-to-market, best-in-class programs established new company standards.


Dominic’s data-driven approach to market access leans heavily on his background in Finance and Marketing, where he was required to demonstrate aptitude and agility to focus both on mastering strategy and an exacting attention to detail.


Prior to his industry experience, Dominic developed risk management strategies for commercial clients in financial services with Marlin Leasing and Smith Barney.

Sheila’s grounded approach to strategic planning, coordinated tactical execution, and Proferian professional development reflects over 20 years of her diversified healthcare experience.


Prior to joining Profero Group in 2016, Sheila held leadership roles of increasing responsibility at Johnson & Johnson in Specialty Sales, Training, and Marketing spanning 14 years. Her in-line marketing campaigns have driven double-digit brand growth year over year and have won domestic and global healthcare marketing awards. Sheila’s success is fueled by her focused approach to brand positioning, message development, collaborative cross-functional execution, and to measuring results over time for improvement.


Sheila’s passion for behavioral motivation and influence has been a common thread of her success since she began her career as a psychotherapist at the University of Pittsburgh Health Care System. Pairing behavioral expertise with commercial business experience allows her to bring a refreshingly human perspective to help your brand exceed goal.
